Adventkranz Clock
Monday, November 8th, 2004
In Austria and Germany we have the tradition to light a candle every Sunday in December. We here at Schildies have decided to "share" that tradition with our special Adventkranz Clock.
It works like this, copy and paste the code below to where you want the clock to appear. You can see how it looks like on the top left. Every Sunday in December a candle will start to burn, without you having to do a thing. The extra is the time! In the end all 4 candles will burn, which means it is very close to Christmas!
You have to remove [xmp] from the very beginning, and [/xmp] from the very end, I only used this to make the actual code show up. *blush*
Depending on your CSS, the time might be too low or too high in the graphic. You probably dont have to change a thing, but if you have to, this is how you do it, important is this line:
td colspan="0″ height="63″
If the time is too low, meaning already out of the graphic, you substract from the height. (63 -)
If the time is too high, meaning in the middle of the graphic, you add to the height. (63 +)
Questions, leave a comment, but please try it first.
